Criminal Case Saitama (Japan)

Criminal case Saitama

The story revolves around the events surrounding the murder of Shiori Ino, a high school student who lived in Okegawa city in the Saitama prefecture. She was murdered on October 26, 1999 by Yoshifumi Kubota, a hitman hired by Ino's abusive ex-boyfriend. The incident exposed the police's dereliction of duty, and led to changes in the legal treatment of stalking in Japan.

Initially, Saitama is just a guy who's a hero for fun and defends his home in Z-City from monsters and villains. He later registers to be a professional hero for the Hero Association upon realizing that nobody recognizes him as one. He takes on the hero rank of A-Class and is given the hero name of "Caped Baldy."

In addition to being a hero, Saitama also works part-time at a restaurant with his friend Genos. Despite having little money, he manages to keep a good life and tries his best to live up to the expectations of his friends and family. He's not only a hero, but also an active citizen, taking care of the elderly in his neighborhood and working as a volunteer firefighter when the need arises.

With a slender figure, he has an 刑事事件 埼玉 average height and a well-built physique. Initially, he had a full head of black hair but lost it due to the intensity of his hero training routine. He has a pair of fearsome eyes, and his facial features change when drawn in a serious or comic style. He has a relaxed posture and sloping shoulders when not in fighting mode but he straightens his back and squares his shoulders when in combat.

In his free time, Saitama spends his time competing in hero tournaments. Often, he wins, but when he loses, he's always quick to admit it was his fault and not that of his opponent. He also has little interest in his assigned hero name, Caped Baldy, which he dislikes and often refers to himself as simply "Saitama."

Saitama is shown to have a strong sense of morality. When the Hero Association executive attempted to force him to beg for help, he refused and stated that heroes and the police shouldn't need to beg people for assistance. This outlook is reflected in his actions and in his attitude towards the other heros he's worked with.

It's also apparent that he has a lot of respect for the police, as he never mocks them or makes fun of their uniforms. He even went so far as to dress up as a police officer in a special chapter and kill a monster, proving that he doesn't care about getting fame for his work if it means he has to compromise his principles.

During this press tour, participants will be able to see the command room of the Wagamachi police headquarters, where they receive over 2,000 emergency calls every day from across Saitama Prefecture. They'll also be able to observe the police's coordination with the local community and collaboration with the Wagamachi Bohantai.
